1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DreamAuto Africa website and services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Dealers must be registered businesses legally authorized to buy and sell vehicles.

3. Services

DreamAuto Africa provides a secure digital platform where:

  • Verified dealerships list vehicles.
  • Public users browse listings, submit vehicle requests, or sell vehicles directly to dealers.

4. Dealer Membership & Subscription

  • Only verified and approved dealerships may list vehicles on the platform.
  • Once approved, dealers may select a subscription package and immediately upload vehicles up to the allowed limit.
  • Each dealer receives five (5) free leads.
  • A payment gate activates automatically after the fifth lead is received.

5. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate, current information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

6. Listing & Content Guidelines

  • All vehicle information must be accurate and truthful.
  • All uploaded images are automatically watermarked to prevent unauthorized usage.

7. Buyer Requests & Leads

  • Public users may request specific vehicles through the platform.
  • All leads are delivered via the dealer dashboard and forwarded via WhatsApp by DreamAuto Africa.
  • Buyers never receive a dealer’s direct WhatsApp number.
  • Dealers must activate a paid subscription after receiving five leads.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraud or misrepresentation.
  • Unauthorized data scraping or content copying.
  • Bypassing or attempting to manipulate the lead delivery system.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DreamAuto Africa is not a party to transactions between users and dealerships.
  • We are not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from platform usage.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of this platform is subject to our POPIA-compliant privacy practices.

11. Legal Compliance

All users must comply with applicable South African laws and regulations.

12. Changes to These Terms

DreamAuto Africa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
