1. Introduction

Welcome to DreamAuto Africa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your participation as an authorized dealership on the DreamAuto Africa platform. By creating a dealership account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Only verified and legally registered motor vehicle dealerships operating in South Africa may use the DreamAuto Africa platform. You confirm that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Services Provided

DreamAuto Africa provides an online platform that allows verified dealerships to list and advertise vehicles. DreamAuto Africa does not buy, sell, own, or take possession of vehicles. All transactions occur directly between dealerships and buyers.

4. Dealer Membership, Packages & Subscription

  • After approval, dealerships must select a subscription package to activate their dealership dashboard.
  • Dealers may immediately upload vehicles up to the maximum limit allowed by their selected package.
  • Each dealership receives a trial of five (5) free leads.
  • Once the fifth lead is received, a payment gate activates and continued access requires subscription activation.
  • Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the dealership account.

5. Dealer Account Responsibilities

Dealerships are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business and contact information.
  • Ensuring all listed vehicles are truthful, available, and correctly represented.
  • Maintaining the security of their account credentials.

DreamAuto Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate any dealership account that violates these Terms.

6. Listing Requirements

  • All listings must include accurate details such as make, model, year, mileage, condition, and pricing.
  • All uploaded images are automatically watermarked with the dealership’s branding.
  • Listings that are false, misleading, inappropriate, or unavailable may be removed without notice.

7. Lead Management System

  • All leads are delivered exclusively through the dealership dashboard.
  • Lead details are forwarded via WhatsApp by DreamAuto Africa.
  • Buyers do not receive or contact dealerships directly via WhatsApp.
  • Dealerships do not receive buyers directly on WhatsApp.
  • After the fifth lead, an active subscription is required to continue receiving leads.

8. Prohibited Activities

Dealerships may not:

  • Upload fraudulent, misleading, or unavailable vehicles.
  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate the DreamAuto Africa lead system.
  • Post false or deceptive content.
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • DreamAuto Africa is not responsible for transaction outcomes.
  • We are not liable for buyer or dealer conduct.
  • We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from platform usage.

10. Privacy Policy

Use of this platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal and business data is collected, processed, and protected.

11. Compliance with South African Law

Dealerships must comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and all other applicable South African laws and regulations.

12. Amendments

DreamAuto Africa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
